10 year guarantee on water-tightness and paint
Brugman’s radiators come with a ten year warranty on water-tightness and paint finish. We also offer a guarantee on luxury accessories, valves and electrical components for a period of two years.
Start of the guarantee period
The customer’s invoice date is the start of the guarantee period. If you cannot find your invoice, we can check the effective production date of the radiator or accessories. This guarantee period begins on the 1st of January of the year of production. How can you find this production date? Easy - it’s given on the radiator itself. The production date on Brugman panel radiators is given internally, in the radiator.
Brugman, your guarantee of quality
The guarantee covers the replacement of the radiator or parts if the radiator cannot be repaired. Of course, it is important that the product is used in the appropriate conditions and has been installed in accordance with the instructions in the manual.
